I don’t know if it is true, but I know that when I drink a cupful of hot, green tea every evening, I do tend to feel better generally. I’m unsure why this is, but it’s certainly a good reason to keep drinking it.

I’ve seen weight-loss aids on the shelves at my local store claiming that this is among the great advantages of green tea, and they have put this green tea right into their product. I don’t know whether green tea aids, but I know that chewing gum in between meals can certainly stop you from eating. That is more of a psychological thing than anything else though.
