Jock Itch Problem and Remedy

I hate to admit but hubby and I are having these so called jock itch. I searched online to know more about this fungal skin infection and I found out this fungus mainly affects skin from genitals, inner thighs, gron area and buttocks. It actually grows in warm and moist part of the body. Maybe because were kind of an overweight and we sweat a lot that’s why we  got infected in it.This fungus belongs to a group of fungi that also causes common infections like ringworm, athlete’s foot, toenail fungus and so on.

It really feels so itchy and irritating and it causes the formation of itchy and reddened skin that really get quite sore and painful. We’ve tried using salicylic acid and it helped relieved those uncomfortable symptoms that we felt. Though its really very painful but I just take the pain in order to kill to those fungi. I don’t know any other over the counter ointments, creams and powder but so far salicylic acid helped a lot in getting rid of these jock itch skin infection.

Exercise is the Key

Most of us know the importance of having a balanced diet. But when it comes to physical exercise, many of us are guilty of being lazy in doing it. Well, I am actually one of those who are too lazy enough in doing some exercise.

Did you know that using exercise as a balanced program of personal fitness is often the last thing people consider as they sign up for gym membership? I remember when my mom enrolled in a fitness class for her aerobics and fitness and she wanted me to enroll so I can do some exercise too but I’m still doubting if I could do it or if ever I enroll and if I can continue doing it.

As we all know, Exercise is the key to weight control because it burns calories. If you burn off more calories than you take in, you lose weight. It’s as simple as that and once you begin to exercise regularly, you will discover many more reasons why exercise is so important to improving the quality of your life.

Exercise reduces stress, lifts moods, and helps you sleep better. It can also keep you looking and feeling younger throughout your entire life. I better start to get physically active this time where I need to exercise everyday so  I can start in losing my weight  and live a healthier  lifestyle.

Belly Dancing for Fitness

My mom actually loves belly dancing and she even enrolled in a belly dancing class. This is one of her secret why she is still physically fit, sexy and healthy.

Is belly dance good exercise? Yes I do believe it is because its based on natural body movement. It is a thorough and effective exercise for every part of the body and it is great for all ages, sizes, and body types.

It also calms the mind and can transport us to a higher level of consciousness at the same time we are getting excellent physical exercise. These body movements and belly dance music contributes positively to our over-all well being.

 

The basic belly dance  movements is actually not too difficult to do. If you don’t have time to go to a belly dancing class, then you can watch few belly dance video lessons.Getting to the point of comfortably doing a simple belly dance usually takes a month or two of lessons and practice but video lessons are a great way to learn about belly dance.

Using Exercise Machine for Body Workout

It’s not only me who are so conscious about my health, body and figure but my mom too. She’s also trying her best to look great, sexy and beautiful inside and out. Aside from those diet supplements that she’s taking, she also loves to do exercise using exercising machines at home since she doesn’t have to go to the fitness gym.

The one that she’s using right now is the Ab Circle Pro machine that helps in giving her that abs workout and a cardio workout at the same time. It does so because of the position you take with your hands and knees supporting you and the movement you do from side to side on the machine in a gliding motion.Aside from the abs workout, it will also help you to lose stomach fat.My mom is enjoying her workout using this kind of exercise machine and it works effectively according to her.

Pole Dancing for Fitness?

I just watched some fitness pole dancing videos from Youtube awhile ago and I was truly fascinated how pole dancing moves as a form of dance which incorporates gymnastic moves, with freestyle movement and ballet in different dimensions which include a static and moving positions around the pole.

Pole dancing is not just for exotic dancers but its is also for women with various backgrounds and lifestyles just like those stay at home moms like me who wants to try out pole dancing for fitness.The benefits are not only physical because it will help improve our grace and posture and it will make us feel more confident and will certainly help develop our self-esteem.
