Great Way to Make Exercise Fun!

I saw this fun exercise video a few weeks ago and I really enjoyed watching it. It was shared to me by my friend in Facebook who also wants to lose weight. This video is actually from Contrex commercial. It is a brand of mineral water owned by Nestle.

If this kind of gimmick is available here in our place, then I would definitely try it out. I know ladies, moms like me and even gays would love to see what’s next on that male dancer stripper LOL! The more we are eager to see, the more calories we burn, right?

Going to the gym is often ignored by many people especially after their hectic life schedule. Some people who try the option of doing workout at home also find it tough and undesirable. Apart from this exercising on regular basis can be a challenging job for many people. However, if this kind of workout is in, then I think there is no way for us to make excuses since this is a great way to make exercise more fun and exciting!

Getting that Six Pack Abs

My hubby used to have that six pack abs before. He has a good body and muscle tone but when we got married, he started having some belly fats. I think one of the main reason is that he doesn’t have time to do some exercise. He told me lately that he wants to get back his sexy abs so I advise him to do some six pack abs workouts that includes an intense abdominal workout.

Ive heard about this kind of workout routine from my friend who also did this stomach exercise. He told me that its the fastest way to get that rock hard abs. The most popular ab exercises are usually planks, crunches and bicycles. Ill ask more info about it here in our local gym and hire a personal trainer for my hubby.

Beach Walking Benefits

Did you know that aside from the beautiful view of the ocean and the great people watching there are actually benefits of walking on the beach? One of them is when you walk on the sand because it requires a greater effort than walking on a hard surface.

Your muscles and tendons will work harder as your foot moves around.Walking in sand more energy than walking on hard surfaces. Jogging in sand even uses more energy than jogging on hard surfaces.

For most of us burning calories is one of the benefits of any exercise and one the primary benefits of walking on a beach is that you will use  more calories in it. I myself loves walking on the sand. It is pretty relaxing specially when I smell the fresh breeze of the air while looking at the waves of the sea.

Fitness Gym at Home?

Ive been planning to have a full body workout at the gym but I find it hard do it for several reasons. One of the reasons is that nobody will take care and look for my daughter while I am out since my hubby is managing our business. I like  to work out at the gym because I have the access to a wider variety of equipment and I can the have access to trained professionals to teach me how to use the equipment properly.

But since its impossible for me to do it, I choose to work out at home. I think it would be much better because I can have some privacy, I can work out anytime, there will be no schedule for my work outs, I don’t have to go outdoors, and best of all, I can look out for my daughter.

However, in order for me to successfully have the best home exercise, I need to carefully select the best home gym equipment because it allows me to perform several types of exercises on one piece of equipment, which is also suitable for me at various levels of physical fitness, and is easy to store in my home.

Home gyms can be a perfect solution for many people. People with a home gym tend to stick with their exercise plan longer then those who purchase gym memberships. The key is to make sure you have the proper equipment so you can get a thorough and diversified workout.I hope I can find an affordable fitness equipment so I can start my body workout soon.

Most of us know the importance of having a balanced diet. But when it comes to physical exercise, many of us are guilty of being lazy in doing it. Well, I am actually one of those who are too lazy enough in doing some exercise.

Did you know that using exercise as a balanced program of personal fitness is often the last thing people consider as they sign up for gym membership? I remember when my mom enrolled in a fitness class for her aerobics and fitness and she wanted me to enroll so I can do some exercise too but I’m still doubting if I could do it or if ever I enroll and if I can continue doing it.

As we all know, Exercise is the key to weight control because it burns calories. If you burn off more calories than you take in, you lose weight. It’s as simple as that and once you begin to exercise regularly, you will discover many more reasons why exercise is so important to improving the quality of your life.

Exercise reduces stress, lifts moods, and helps you sleep better. It can also keep you looking and feeling younger throughout your entire life. I better start to get physically active this time where I need to exercise everyday so  I can start in losing my weight  and live a healthier  lifestyle.

Belly Dancing for Fitness

My mom actually loves belly dancing and she even enrolled in a belly dancing class. This is one of her secret why she is still physically fit, sexy and healthy.

Is belly dance good exercise? Yes I do believe it is because its based on natural body movement. It is a thorough and effective exercise for every part of the body and it is great for all ages, sizes, and body types.

It also calms the mind and can transport us to a higher level of consciousness at the same time we are getting excellent physical exercise. These body movements and belly dance music contributes positively to our over-all well being.

 

The basic belly dance  movements is actually not too difficult to do. If you don’t have time to go to a belly dancing class, then you can watch few belly dance video lessons.Getting to the point of comfortably doing a simple belly dance usually takes a month or two of lessons and practice but video lessons are a great way to learn about belly dance.

It’s not only me who are so conscious about my health, body and figure but my mom too. She’s also trying her best to look great, sexy and beautiful inside and out. Aside from those diet supplements that she’s taking, she also loves to do exercise using exercising machines at home since she doesn’t have to go to the fitness gym.

The one that she’s using right now is the Ab Circle Pro machine that helps in giving her that abs workout and a cardio workout at the same time. It does so because of the position you take with your hands and knees supporting you and the movement you do from side to side on the machine in a gliding motion.Aside from the abs workout, it will also help you to lose stomach fat.My mom is enjoying her workout using this kind of exercise machine and it works effectively according to her.
