Well, sodium is good solution for that because it is a mineral that is found in many foods. It helps keep normal fluids balanced in the body. Most people eat foods containing more sodium than what they need. Our body requires a small amount of sodium in the diet to control blood pressure and blood volume. </strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>However, most people consume many times the amount of sodium needed. Reducing sodium can help to prevent the collection of fluid in the lower legs or abdomen. People with chronic kidney disease must control sodium intake to prevent volume overload, which increases blood pressure and causes swelling.</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>There are tips that I can give to you in reducing the sodium in your body, of course you need to choose fresh vegetables and fruits like bananas, apple, carrots and broccoli. Choose fresh instead of processed foods when you can. Also Look for foods labeled “low sodium,” “reduced sodium,” or “no salt added.” </strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Use the Nutrition Facts Label to check the amount of sodium. Look for foods with 5% Daily Value (DV) or less. When preparing food, choose ingredients that are low in sodium or have no sodium at all. So, be wise and eat healthy!</strong></p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>You may noticed that there are a lot of advertisements for fad diets and pills that promise a flat stomach in weeks. But the truth is, you&#8217;re only losing muscle and bone mass instead of fat. To safely lose fat from your entire body, you must use a combination of diet and exercise to burn calories more each day than you consume. You&#8217;ll lose a pound per week and improve your overall health and fitness.</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>What is the best thing to do? You must do at least 30 minutes of moderate to vigorous cardio activity at least five days per week. Walk, jog, run, swim, dance, do a gym workout or take an aerobics class. In order to get a flat stomach, you need to focus on your core, including your outer abs, transverse abs, obliques and back. You may noticed that after you lose weight through your cardio exercise and diet, you will have a sleek and toned tummy muscles.</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>You also need to cut calories from your diet. Eat lean proteins, such as chicken instead of beef and pork. Choose whole grain bread and pasta instead of processed varieties, and select low fat or fat free dairy products. Reduce the amount of fat and sugar you consume. Have fresh vegetables for snacks and fruit for dessert.</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>And most of all, be patient and diligent in your efforts. Losing weight takes time and attention. As long as you continue burning more calories each day than you consume, you will continue to lose weight, so stay motivated and you will see the results.</strong></p>

Since I started my workout at the gym seven months ago, Ive been using this kind of abdominal training equipment and I could say that it really helps flatten my stomach. It uses a pulley action which gives you a great abs workout.The ab roller is an exercise device that specializes in toning the abdominal. It generates a better abdominal isolation for the traditional supine crunch. The back of your head rests on a square cushion pad. Your hands lightly grasp the horizontal metal bar, located directly over your face. </strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Your entire spine lays supported on the floor. You can either keep your feet on the floor or elevate your legs. Contract your abdominal wall and slightly push your hands through the bar. The ab roller assists you in flexing the spine. You just hold your abdominal contraction for two seconds at your peak range of motion. Release the ab roller back toward the floor while sustaining your abdominal tension. I really missed doing my firming exercise routine since I got busy this past few weeks. Now that December is another busy month for me, not to mention there are lots of special gatherings like Christmas parties, reunions and more, I really need to look my best.</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Ive been doing my exercise at the gym at least twice or thrice a week.  I noticed that when I can&#8217;t do my exercise, my body feels so weak and I could feel my aching muscles that really needs to do some stretching and workout.  I know that most of us are busy with our lives and we don&#8217;t have enough time to exercise, but I believe that it is important to find a way to get a little bit of exercise .  I am not saying you have to go to the gym or lift weights every day, but what I am  saying is anything is better than nothing!</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Even a simple walk around your neighborhood , go grocery shopping or running errands is considered exercising. These may seem like basic steps and even not sound like you are exercising but you indeed are. This is why it is important to realize that the little things you do add up to be a lot when you stop and think about it. For body conscious people like me, exercise is all about losing weight  as it makes you look fit and trim, mobile and happy even as you get older.  The most important factor there is that it helps in optimizing your overall health.</strong></p>
