Dancing as an Exercise
My mom loves to dance in any kind of music and since she is suffering from back pains now, she’s trying her best to keep her body fit and in shape again through dancing. She learned belly dancing 2 years ago and she enjoyed it much. She just love the sexy and gracious moves in belly dancing. Hmmm… I think I’m gonna try it too!
We all know that dancing can go a long way in helping one stay in shape. In fact, today it’s considered as one of the most entertaining forms of body workout. The best part about dancing as a form of workout is that you can have endless fun, without the need of lifting hundreds of kilos. The fact that dancing can get your heart pumping is a good reason enough for one to believe that dancing can be considered as a form of exercise.
