Using Exercise Machine for Body Workout

It’s not only me who are so conscious about my health, body and figure but my mom too. She’s also trying her best to look great, sexy and beautiful inside and out. Aside from those diet supplements that she’s taking, she also loves to do exercise using exercising machines at home since she doesn’t have to go to the fitness gym.

The one that she’s using right now is the Ab Circle Pro machine that helps in giving her that abs workout and a cardio workout at the same time. It does so because of the position you take with your hands and knees supporting you and the movement you do from side to side on the machine in a gliding motion.Aside from the abs workout, it will also help you to lose stomach fat.My mom is enjoying her workout using this kind of exercise machine and it works effectively according to her.

Pole Dancing for Fitness?

I just watched some fitness pole dancing videos from Youtube awhile ago and I was truly fascinated how pole dancing moves as a form of dance which incorporates gymnastic moves, with freestyle movement and ballet in different dimensions which include a static and moving positions around the pole.

Pole dancing is not just for exotic dancers but its is also for women with various backgrounds and lifestyles just like those stay at home moms like me who wants to try out pole dancing for fitness.The benefits are not only physical because it will help improve our grace and posture and it will make us feel more confident and will certainly help develop our self-esteem.

Let’s Get Physically Fit

Most of us know the importance of having a balanced diet. But when it comes to physical exercise, many of us are guilty of being lazy in doing it. Well, I am actually one of those who are too lazy enough in doing some exercise.

Did you know that using exercise as a balanced program of personal fitness is often the last thing people consider as they sign up for gym membership? I remember when my mom enrolled in a fitness class for her aerobics and fitness and she wanted me to enroll so I can do some exercise too but I’m still doubting if I could do it or if ever I enroll and if I can continue doing it.

As we all know, Exercise is the key to weight control because it burns calories. If you burn off more calories than you take in, you lose weight. It’s as simple as that and once you begin to exercise regularly, you will discover many more reasons why exercise is so important to improving the quality of your life.
Exercise reduces stress, lifts moods, and helps you sleep better. It can also keep you looking and feeling younger throughout your entire life. I better start to get physically active this time where I need to exercise everyday so  I can start in losing my weight  and live a healthier  lifestyle.

Make Some Changes out from your Meals

We cannot live without eating that’s why we must eat in order to survive. This means that if food is a problem in our life, then we must find a healthier way of viewing food. In order to have real success we must make a lifestyle change. It is a great way that we will be able to shed those unwanted pounds without experiencing the horrible guilt that so many dieters go through with their diets.

Did you know that I am on a diet right now? I actually started last October and I’m glad that I’ve seen some improvements and positive changes out from my meal diet. I only eat 1 cup of rice once a day. Bread, biscuits, noodles or pasta serves as my rice alternative. I also avoid eating sweets and drinking soft drinks. I have a sweet tooth and I am such a chocoholic and a soft drinker but Ive set a goal for myself. I keep it realistic and I always look forward for my fitness and for dropping off some pounds.

I changed my way of eating. I changed my way of seeing food and I am glad that I already experienced an amazing changes in my attitude towards my health and my body. Ive known a lot of people who have failed when it comes to dieting and weight loss. However, when you are making positive changes in your life, then for sure you will get positive results. It may take weeks, months, or even years to reach your goal. But as long as you are making steady and continuous efforts and progress, then you are doing many great things for your health and for your well-being too.
